Because we would have to package a 1st round pick with Head. Head is overrated.

What happened to all those people who were praising Luther Head's off the ball movement in January while T-Mac was injured? Now it seems everyone wants to cut him.

Who overrated him? Certainly not on this board. He's the new Rafer.

I think the Clippers lost all their capspace when they got Bdiddy and Camby. There won't be a TE then.

Well, there was that one interview where he let the Novatch comment slip:

"Whatever Yao Ming tells Ron Artest to do, that's what I'm going to do. I will jump off a building. I will come off the bench. I will let Swoly-D create my sig, full of emoticons. I would even pass to Steve Novak, if that's what Yao Ming told me to do."

Overrated by the poster who said the Clippers would take Head over Novak.

Then a player would have to come back to us? I would have thought that they used some small TE to trade for a player, otherwise I don't see how this trade works.

Is there something in the CBA that allows teams to trade minimum salary players without giving anything up? I don't think there is but maybe someone can shed the light on me.

I think if he learned to move on offense to get open like Korver or Barry. It would have helped alot more. It seems that even with T-mac and Yao being double teamed, Novak would just stand still in front of his defender. How could he not get open with all the attention on Yao in the paint? Don't ask me.

Wow, knowing Morey, that means nobody wanted to take Novak for anything than 2nd round swap.

Anyway, making space for Marty Leunen - yeah!!

You had some obvious weaknesses, but I'll miss ya, Novak.

Hopefully that dude whose name I can't remember from the summer league can be a good replacement.

We can now replace that with an Artest video. Woohoo! When do we get that one?

Another GREAT move by Morey. Rockets don't really need anymore 1 dimensional players. I don't see getting much out of Mutumbo and Head this season either. I can still see contribution and hustle coming from Hayes though.

Hopefully we'll be getting a backup pg and backup c sometime soon!

I am sorry about your loss yoyo! But look at it this way... those Clippers tickets are easy to come by so you can still cheer for him when he's not playing us.

Definitely going to have to watch for the Clips preseason games when I come to LA!
