Don't feel bad for him, he wasn't a required player here, so now he gets to go and play in LA (chicks, beaches) and have a chance at cracking into the rotation.
I see this as a chance for Novak to get a better chance. I also feel that management might have moved him to remain under the LT,even though his contract was quite small.
Morey does it again. He has not hit a home run yet, but he hits singles, steals bases and wins games.
Hmm.. Whoever made this thread obviously forgot to put"Star Forward Steve Novak". Pretty disrespectful if you ask me.
Novak's not doing too bad for himself, by the way. http://www.nba.com/statistics/playe...itScope=GAME&qualified=Y&yearsExp=-1&splitDD=
I'd still like to have Novak. He leads the entire freaking NBA in 3-point %. I remember when Scott Padgett said he was never going to lose a 3-point shooting contest...
Clippers let Novak go after his deal ended. Novak later signed first with Spurs and now with Knicks. If anyone wants Novak, he is an unrestricted FA come July.
He's the type of player that winds up on a championship roster and hits a couple big bombs to win a couple playoff games. I'd gladly take that guy back as the 10-12th man. In my opinion, he's the best pure shooter in the game today....bar none!
Yeah, I know. Guys like Kapono made a lot of money just based on that single aspect of their game. I would really like it if we could somehow get him cheaper than that, but I think someone will pay him nicely for it.
