Poor guy has to hear that every single year. But his fighting spirit is applaudable.

Third PG, definitely. What if Rafer or Brooks goes down? What if Brooks just falls on his face? We have a butt load of wings, but not much in the way of contributors at PG. I think ultimately who ever sticks will be the best at spot duty at the point.

Too bad for Mike, I kind of think this will be his last chance to stick with a NBA team. I wish him good luck and maybe after a trade or something he might rejoin the team.

Thanks man, but guys are really being too serious on this "trade". It's the worst ripoff ever (I rejected it in like, 0.01 seconds), and I'm just using it to mock the awful Lowry trade proposal. There are a lot of teams out there willing to trade significant assets for a solid backup PG with youth and potential (and good defensively too). Memphis would be taking back more salary and it just makes no sense whatsoever. Not to be flaming but, that won't work.

apart from being down the chart, Mike is also injured at the worst possible of time that he can't play some preseason games while DJ and Wafer were playing great.

Inevitable, but good luck to him!!

and for both DJ and Wafer..i would be sad to see either of them get cut. But I'm leaning forward to Wafer now. Coz if we're keeping Francis, that would mean he would be the 3rd string PG IMO. Hope he can heal quickly.

Really sad to see Harris go. Has a big of a heart as anyone...

...I hope we keep Wafer due to the fact I really see us trading Luther sometime this season and Wafer could fill his spot without missing a beat.

Inevitable. I hate to see him go, but we're too loaded at that position. Good luck finding another place, Mike. I'm rooting for you. I'll treasure that signed "Get Red" tee you gave me.

Even though I like Mike Harris, I hoped he was the one to be cut...

I mean its for the good of the team...how many 6'6 PFs are there in the league???

If we're going to get a 4th string PF at least let him have some size...

Morey/Les: Please Keep both DJ and Von!!

We'll sort out the Tax things later on in the season.

I think the Rockets are the only organisation in the league to not care about size much unless its gift-wrapped packaged right in front of them like Yao and T-Mac...

So Harris is very unlikely to find another job in the NBA...but hes done really well making it this far

I like Mike alot, but in this case it's a lose-lose for the fans. Those 3 players we picked up are all very talented, (ironically Luther seems to have the least showcase out of them all). I can't believe the Rox plans to cut one more, DJ and Wafer both deserve a spot. If we're lucky, we could somehow get rid of Luther. Maybe we should've held on to Novak and packaged Luther and Novak away together.
