Anyone no matter what type of job you have can't up and move. His Wife may have a job his Kid Has Friends, Family, Church, Schools to deal with, A Home to sale, Things need to be transferred, Movers need to be Paid, Golf Memberships need to be Sold. A lot of things come into play. This man is not desperate his smart; and he is doing in a fashion that's best for him and his family and not what's best for the Rockets. Remember this Man Can and will get a job, It's all about transition for him and his family.
