excuse my language but that was a bs call. i was watching the game on tnt with my friend thats a mavs fan and even he thought the play was crap. i hope this one gets overturned.

The clip just never gets old. Sura truly played his heart out his lone season in Houston. I'm starting to see the passion of that rockets team in this current team. really nice video btw The_Yoyo

Bobby Sura is by far my all time favorite non-superstar Rocket..the guy was just amazing to watch, I wish he could still play, we would've had the perfect team (as if we don't already do )

I still don't get it. The first person Artest took a push at was a Maverick...and it "looked" to a normal person like Artest was trying to start something. Then, a couple seconds passes during what seemed to me was a "wise-up" occurring. He instantly went into trying to cover his own ass for his mess-up...pushes Yao away like, instead, he was trying to break something up. It's like the guy known for starting things had a false-start break-up.

I just thought it was weird as those guys were already pretty much backing off and just standing there. If he wants to break something up, then the last thing he should do is go push on their player...who was just standing there semi-backs turned. Push your own player away. Suppose that Mav who was pushed...pushed back? Then we got a brawl on our hands and maybe it ends badly for Ron. I recommend he push only his own players away in the future.

Given my findings, I thought the technical foul was fair. No more...no less. Had he pushed Yao away first or was getting between guys with no noticable arm action on his own part, then that is a normal break-up in my book. Also, it "appeared" he was apologizing later in the game to the Mav he pushed...trying to explain how he was trying to break something up that was already over. I found his actions contradicting.

Nothing but love for you, though, Ron. Keep up the good work!

I don't really think Howard's tripping is possible since Cuban is backing him, but Artest's T is so obvious that they league can't annoy.

 

Am I the only one who had know idea Shawn Respert worked for the Rockets? I thought he coached somewhere sub-pro?

Am I the only one who has a clue who Shawn Respert is? Probably so.

 

According to CNN.Com, there were two Earthquakes that struck North Texas (INCLUDING DALLAS!) ...they were Yao Ming and Ron Artest! I think thats why he was T'd up. check the news cuz it really happened...
