Who is Jerome Solomon? Dear Solomon, our foundation is strong as ever, just relax, no trade, or change is needed. We will beat Lakers, Spurs or whoever, just relax, stop write this useless thing.

I never get these "chillout" threads. What part of these pitiful losses to bottom feeder teams causing us to possibly lose valuable seeding DON'T the apologists get?

Not only that, but we're nearly 50 games into the season. This isn't the same as the "relax people" threads with 10, 20, and even 30 games. This is the the beginning of the stretch run and it's absolutely critical. The season has been a roller coaster with injuries and make no mistake - injuries are an enormous part of the season. Chemistry is thrown off like crazy and then when you stand around and dribble the clock out it makes you think have we really progressed that far since the Francis/Mobley iso days.

I'd like to see this team start pulling it together though. Ideally, everyone will stay healthy for more than 5 minutes and we can actually get some chemistry and consistent ball movement going and then we can evaluate where we're at much better. As is, it's really hard to tell. On paper we were supposed to be an amazing team before the season started and that's not the case right now. Hopefully between games 48 and 82 we'll figure this thing out.

Sure, relax your way right out of a decent chance in the playoffs.

I think Wafer's defense is far better than T-Mac. We beat good teams when he is the starter, and we lost to bad teams when he came off the bench.

Point is that stressing about it won't help the situation. No major moves are going to be made before the trading deadline...

This team has to figure it out...and that just might take time. Will we be competitive in the playoffs?

One can only hope. We just have to watch and see. If that's not good enough, well, what are you going to do about it other than complain? What's the point? Might as well try to enjoy and hope for the best. Or you could write a letter to DM.

Personally, I am not too upset - the last two games definitely sucked, but ya know, I'm still going to watch and hope they somehow pull it together. I'm rooting for these guys. They are good guys...I think they can do it.

Not sure about that. We beat Utah without Boozer and Denver without Anthony...and barely.

    We lost to Indiana too.

With T-mac we beat Detroit...without Yao.

I don't think this is a t-mac vs. wafer issue...that's a very short-sighted way of looking at it.

Against Denver and Utah, we struggled in the 4th qtr as well. This isn't new...this isn't about t-mac.

    It's the whole freaking team!

BTW, this guy ALWAYS takes the opposite approach to anything in his writing.

He is a "The wind is blowing this way, so I will write like it is blowing the opposite way".

Once again Dada, you really disappoint me.

The wind isn't blowing dude. The majority of people aren't freaking out like you - you are part of the small minority that's getting up and saying doom is coming.

Most of the rest of us are taking a wait and see approach. Chillax dude!

Lew, you like this guy because you do the exact same thing.....

    It is cool, different strokes.

I have history on my side, teams in the bottom half of the draw don't advance.

The sky may not be falling, but there is a bit of fog on the ground...

You just made because he doesn't want to trade everbody like you do. He has faith and optimism for his team which is definately the opposite approach from the fans right now.

No wonder Fritz has been so quiet lately. The Rockets have been outsourcing...

    Headings to Solomon's articles:

"T-Mac’s back, just as we remembered him"
"Relax Rockets fans (and you too Yao)"
    "Inelegant Alston delivers for Rockets"
    "Heat's D-Wade knows pain T-Mac’s in"
    "Rockets really need healthy McGrady"

What about the Celtics game? the Heats game? even the Lakers game ? Our team clined so much after your T-Mac came back. Just stop bashing the role player.

When I read the article it seems to me as though he is advocating faith and patience. Unless I can't beleive anything Soloman writes just because you say he is bs.

Nah, I just think his writing is for crap, but it is all an opinion. He is free to be wrong, if he wants.

I think this guy is writing for the Rox organization...

Anyway, we have been relaxed and giving the same excuses for many years, when can we see the result? I know Rome isn't built in one day, but we are not talking about 1 day here, we have been waiting for many years...
