Yes it does, because his history is what it is.... That being said, I have always thought Rafer was better with fewer minutes....that when he gets tired, he not only sucks he blows. And in the playoffs, team's will leave him WIDE OPEN......they will take their chances that he won't hit enough shots to win...and that is a WINNING strategy with Rafer. The Rockets need someone that can protect the ball AND hit the wide open shot...Steve Blake and Kirk Hinrich would both be significant upgrades, IMO. DD
I said couple of seasons (indicating two), and mentioned his injury as well. Since you're slow, allow me to help out. 2006-2007 - 16.6 ppg, 6.3 as, 44.8% 2007-2008 - 11.5 ppg 6.0 as, 41.4% (pretty big drop off there) 2008-2009 (injured, 6 games played) - 8.3 ppg, 4 as, 42.5% (certainly not off to a hot start) His defense has also been on a steep decline. I'm not interested in getting in an e-war with you though. Just simply pointing out that you should think before you post (and jump into others debates with trivial and childish things). Thanks for playing
Lies, damned lies and statistics. Sometimes playing time is a bigger factor...this year...D. Rose is probably eating SERIOUSLY into his playing time, agreed? DD
Of course he is. I also noted that Hinrich is injured this season. There's also a reason why they drafted D. Rose. A few years ago, they wouldn't have had any need at pg. Hinrich was a very good on ball defender, played the passing lanes well, could shoot, penetrate, ect....(hence him being named to Team USA). His defense has taken a drastic step down, he's an erratic shooter and he's been on the block for two seasons. No takers. His contract certainly wouldn't be considered ridiculous for a top level pg. Unfortunately, he's not (or he has not shown it as of late). Not worth the chance. He really isn't enough of an upgrade to justify a trade. Now, Steve Blake on the other hand, that's who I continue to mention. Good shooter his entire career, consistant, high basketball IQ, good distributer. A perfect fit on a championship contender. On the statistics, I was merely pointing out how that particular poster was completely incorrect (since the stats were the basis of his childish comment). I'm certainly of the belief that stats don't tell the whole story, but I have watched Hinrich play since KU. He's a different player now for whatever reason

I explained what I meant already. No big deal. Keep up the childish insults and the capital "LOL." Your posts have no substance.
err, yeah. Nelson have Dwight, Hedo and Lewis. Felton have Wallace, Richardson and maybe Okafor. Quinn have Wade, Marion and Beasly. And i'm just putting up the stats as someone was saying that Rafer may not be the top 10 but his "definitely" better than this 3 players. Which is not the case.
I see that Rafer is back to his 4 - 15 self. When will we stop counting on him in the area of shooting. I saw that ugly floater and almost threw up in my mouth.
