Damn, all the way from 06'. I don't agree that that is the reason he can't be a good GM, but the problem arose when the balance of coach and GM was lost. Morey kept Adelman in check and Adelman kept Morey in check. Once the GM starts implementing the game plan and hires puppet coaches, you lose the value of being an organization. A group of people with their own expertise critiquing and bettering each other so that the end result is combination of each's strengths. Pop cited this as a critical point for him and RC.
