I think it's a good that players are ticked off because it means they care and the problems may be addressed sooner than later. Instead of plodding along for the next 30 games or so and then getting healthy when it's too late for the team to jell, I'd rather the team blow up and give us some real entertainment instead of another bland 1st round exit. That would be better than a repeat of the last 2 years. Call me crazy, but I'm tired of the Rockets being in the playoffs with zero chance of making the Finals.

If it gets hot enough now, it may prompt everyone to clear the air soon, which could lead to the team getting on the same page soon. I'll say this again: Those of you who think all the Rockets needs is for everyone to be "healthy" by the time the playoffs start are on Fantasy Island. They need 30-35 games of warring together and figuring each other out to have a decent chance in the playoffs. None of the key players on this team bring any playoff cred to the table, so all the Rockets have to fall back on is failure.

Agree. I think its positive and they are finally addressing all this B.S. People need to be held accountable.

Man this type news is not good, true or false it is not good for the team. As for TMac if he is not playing tonight that means he will not play his first game back from the road trip how lucky is that because I believe the crowd will not welcome him back with cheers.

(my reply to his blog )

Hahaha. Fran's at it again. Another "the sky is falling" blog. hahahaha. never gets old. hey. you'd argue you're just earning your paycheck, right? because of course it comes to a HUGE surprise when our TWO BEST perimeter defenders don't play and the other team shoots a high percentage. Duh?

What do injuries have to do with bad vibes in the locker room?

Yao's clearly pissed off. That's unusual in and of itself. What gets me is how the Rockets went through all this last year when Yao called the team "soft". Guess what? The same bad factors that gave the team problems then are still around now. Not that much has changed.

I like how the guy read Yao's lips.

What, he's hard to understand with a mic in front of him, how in heck did you read his lips? Honestly though, I'd be dissapointed if there weren't a meltdown in the locker room. I want someone on this team to care enough to get pissed off and cause a scene.

I read yao's lips on the bench tonight... he asked scola.. "how many fouls you have"

scola held up two fingers and said... two

It's not that hard to do if the camera is on him at the time

Last year we were 15-17, this is something we can get past.

Big deal. Maxwell fought with Herrera, the Rockets of 94 were alleged to have pointed fingers at each other at various points in the season, even while going 58 and 24, Barkley-Drexler-Olajuwon- if anyone thinks they didn't have arguments in the locker room, please! Fran Blinebury is the perfect example of style without substance. He uses cute metaphors and other literary techniques like repetition and hyperbole to make his writing sound better than it is. He's a Bill Simmons wannabe- but at least Simmons has some weight underneath his writing. Cynicism gets old real quick.
