    So true... the Lakers are no longer the team of entitlement, but a team with a chip on their shoulders and with something to prove. Meaning they'll be playing hard. As long as the Rox hit their shots and not get outhustled, we should win this game.

    Thats what being a franchise player is all about. If we just wanted someone to score we would have traded for Peja.

    have tmac 1st half , jj 2nd half, or vice versa

    or maybe just tmac on kobe :p

    T-Mac won't be primarely guarding Kobe one-on-one... We need to save his fouls... He'll take him in the second half of the 4th quarter.

    NBA TV said he wouldn't "start"... not sure if that means "won't play" or "won't start".

    When did Cuttino SHUT DOWN Kobe????

    You can't really shut down Kobe, but I do remember that Cuttino did pretty well guarding Kobe, especially in that one game where Francis got like 44 points.

    Yeah but all Peja is asked to do is shoot. T-Mac is asked to do so much more. He doesn't have an unlimited supply of energy, he's not a machine.

    And with all those helicopters and harpoons wrapping him up like that, you're just asking for trouble. Better to take it easy.
