I think Ron probably got tired of watching Tmac dog it out there on defense and figured....screw it....I ain't gonna be here next year...gonna try to salvage this year by motivating his sorry butt to play defense.

And Mr. Thin skin Mac, didn't like it.

LOL -......I just have a decent grasp on human nature, and different egos etc....

Just a read on people if you will.

It is just my guess about what Ron is thinking based on his personality type....and the situation....

watch last year. tracy and yao said the same thing. RA's practices are much more chill than JVG's.

Ron is talking as if he is the best defender in the team.. his D has been real bad this reason.. him calling out t-mac is like devil quoting the bible.. and if t-mac calls out anyone in the team.. the same quote applies..

both these guys do not have the right to call out anyone.. even each other.. because they have played poor bball throughout this season.. only Yao/Scola etc have the right to talk abt others.. but they are professionals and show how its done on court..

and i would give T-mac a pass in this issue.. he has never called out any teammate in particular.. atleast to my knowledge..

Tmac was fine with what he way saying. He didnt talk trash about Ron, rather he said he understood what Ron was saying. Futhermore, Ron had no right to call out Tracy's D when the game before Ron shot 1 for 10.

Artest = Terrell Owens extra light

Just think about it, we never had any chemistry issues before he got here and there was never any incidents like these where teammates talks about a specific teammate to reporters. I'm not saying he's a prima dona-attention w**** like TO but you can argue that ever since he's been here our team and organization have never been the same.

But mostly, I think its the media's fault for blowing things out of proportion about every little thing-like Tmac's injury.

What are you talking about? Ron has been our best defender this year when healthy, BY FAR.

The numbers prove that... Our team defense is FAR better when Ron is on the floor...

You might be rit.. i didnt chk the numbers.. but the lockdown defense he his famous for.. i dont see that on court.. just look at him on the perimeter while playing D.. thats my point

and i know the ankle might be bothering him.. but hey.. he is not living up to the hype..

That's just sad... TMac "plays decent defense" only after Artest calls him out, and you love him for it??!!

T-mac needs to accept what Artest said is true!! Tmac don't play f**king defense AT ALL!! The reason Rockets defense has been so good is because of Yao's inside presence and Battier and Rafer defense. Tmac don't have the footwork necessarily to play great D....you can just tell by watching him move on the court. He just don't have it...his footwork is weak...it's like Jason Williams footwork....you can't play defense with that kind of footwork. He relaxes way too much on the court and he never EVER take charge in his entire career.

He needs to accept the fact that he don't play a lick of defense...and need to come out and say yes it's started with me...i am not playing great defense. It's my fault...rather than saying the entire team need to step up and play defense. That's like asking the team to cover up his defensive weakness you see what i am mean? If the team don't play great D, it's not REALLY the entire team that don't play great D...but rather down to certain individual that trigger that defensive weakness. Tmac needs to accept he is at fault rather than keep it to himself. Seriously, when is the last time you heard Tmac taking about that he needs to step..that he needs to do this and that?? Seriously??

Exactly. Perhaps that's why Tmac is not a leader. Artest and Yao are more like the leaders.

    HAH yeah right...

Shane is still our best defender.
Artest does not have any sort of "lock down" D, and he gambles on steals wayyy too much
