Let me get this straight aussie rocket - you're going to come after me for bashing a poster. Yet you wont go after the poster for bashing a player? Your personal dislike for me because of my take of the NBL is borderline embarrassing. For yourself. (by the way - how was the crowd at the Spirit game the other day - HAHA) If you want a 'good post' just wait for the regular season when stuff has relevance to me. I rarely have anything useful to say about happenings in the preseason because i do not watch any of the games to offer any credible insight. So usually - i stay out of replying to rubbish posts - but when things are blatantly stupid - like thewaterox post; i'm feel i need to reply.
I have taken specific interest in Sydney Rocket because he is representing the same country I am on here. Really don't want him to ruin the Australian image that people like Smeg and myself have developed on here. That def. deserves one of these.
I can understand that. You should also take note that i talk up the NBA and the Houston Rockets to whoever i can. Having an opinion and calling someone 'idiotic' is not representing the Australian image - it is representing my own honest opinion. And people on here actually agree with what i say - you just turn a blind eye to some posts because of your first image of me was of a hater.
The anticipation of this season is at the highest level I've seen in the last 15 years. Probably not since the off-season before the 94/95 season have Rockets' fans been so ready for the start of a new season. Reason being, it's been that long since he had a legitimate chance to win a championship. That's why it's so frustrating that T-Mac won't likely be ready to play come October 29th. But...I do agree that it's a long season. 82 games plus playoffs. So hopefully this additional time he takes at the beginning of the season pays off down the line. T-mac can do commentary in a red jacket that first game... Off topic.. who thought Battier's red jacket was freakin' badass?
I'm not getting into this argument. but mcgrady is a better overall player. he creates the whole offense. much more versatile. better pure scorer. passer. the list goes on.
During the Lakers championships a few years ago, who was the more important player between shaq and kobe?
