No they're not. It appears you're missing a major distinction between playing with passion and playing smartly with passion.

A little constructive criticism. Don't quote an entire, lengthy article to post one sentence.

Give me break. NO question, Sura played hard and well last game, that's it. I like him as a role player. He could be occasionally hot. DO you expect him hot consistantly, maybe not. If so, If JVG think so, we are in trouble. Check his shooting percent, you will tell.

Sura is doing a good job- more than respectable, and with a lot of heart. Do not lose perspective on this - his knee injury is serious and it will break down and need a surgical solution. I think from bits I have heard that the Rockets are very concerned- reason for the Rod Strickland tryout.

I'm afraid Sura will go down soon after the all star break and be down for the season.

We need a true point guard...

A few more "suras" would help. Want another one? Take a look at what Jerome Williams is doing up there in NY. I am not talking about looking at his stats either. Those that have NBALP, watch what he does in the game. The guy is a one man energy rod! On a team that is a complete defensive sieve, he at least plugs some holes. Hustle, Hustle, Hustle every time he is on the court, just like Sura.

"Energy guys" that's what the Rockets need. A few of them to surround Tmac and Yao. That energy is infectous and really brings up the whole team.

I broke a bone in my foot run a lap during marching band practice in high school (don't ask why we were running - directors on power trips). Anyhow, I finished the lap around the football field and then finished the ten minutes of marching practice that was left. Talk about fun. The last ten minutes for me was marching backwards, which means you're basically on your tip toes the entire time. I went home, took a shower, and passed out. Went to the doctor the next day.

Well, considering how he probably couldn't walk, I don't blame him for being carried off the court.

shrug, thats your opinion. My opinion is that Sura plays with passion, but with just as much poor decision making that got Cat and Franchise shipped out. He makes poor decisions every time the ball is in his hands. I don't belieev the Rox can be consistent winners with him as a starter
