I do not buy this at all!

The Dr. told TMAC 6-7 months to recover, the team released the 3 month to the public (to sell tickets) the Dr. told him 3 weeks to come back on the court the team released 1 week.

They are trying to cover their ticket sales and its really throwing him under the bus.

QFT!! A bunch of pseudo fans around here. I've been around some other forums and none of them bash their players the way it's done here.

We hate our own players much more than Jazz fans.

That is a GREAT read. Really good article.

T-Mac has to sit, ok. Give him those 3 weeks but make sure he is working HARD. That will help his knee and hopefully by the end of this month he will be ready to roll.

It ios obviously frustrating to see him scoring 30 one night, and than 6. It is better to sit him and damn have him HEALTHLY when it really matters.

I would describe T-mac as tough

Who here on this forum has a bent back and plays basketball.

Seriously I still remember the wuss quotes about his back problems. No one here I bet has ever played through the type of back problems he has and the pain and work he has to go through just to be a professional athlete. Its a joke for someone to say oh t-mac is a wuss and a girl cause he can't play through pain. His whole career is a living testament to pain.

    TMac is one tough mofo!

He's definately injury prone ...but he ain't soft.

Dude has been limping through games until we could get Battier back on the court.

Rest up ...lets get ready for March.

The whole issue is that rest will not help....he has to work it out to get in shape.....

So. let's say he takes off the 3 weeks, comes back.....and the same pain persists, because the knee has not been strengthened.

My point is he needs to play through this, to gain his confidence, to me, all he is doing is delaying the process...

He will not be anymore pain free in 3 weeks than he is now.....

I woud agree except for the fact that defense is still an aspect of the game. I dont think anyone could reasonably argue Artest isnt better in that aspect.

Look, it won't help if he is only gonna sit. Tracy said he is gonna REHAB which means he will do whatever the doctors tell him to do.

We should all be patient to see what will happen when he returns. Stop talking garbage against him, you're fake drools that hang around for the pride of winning.. nothing else. If this team loses you go nuts. We don't need fake fans.

I can't wait myself till he comes back, by then hopefully our team has clicked and Artest will find his role. Meantime just pray. :D :D

I am not sure what a fake drool is, but I just want everyone to know that we are not fake drools at all, but rather, full blooded, hard headed drools.

To be a drool is special, you just have to get your chin out there.

this is so ridiculous. you just assume right away that he'll only be resting his knee in this three weeks? that's why you're just a clueless hater, dr. dd. because if you were not, you would just get the fact that a combination of rest, specific excercises for his knee and some controlled game like intensity is, in fact, the best way to go (from a logical standpoint).

if t-mac just rests for three weeks, go ahead and bash him. but i bet you that won't happen. he will use the best therapy available and come back stronger than he was all season.

btw: that was a good article and dead on by justice.

Do you guys believe if this was the playoff, Tracy wounldnt be on the court right now, he is being smart about not playing, I dont see the point of him playing if he doesnt feel like he can handle the pain. It not like doctors are a 100% correct, and is not like he is going to sit at home and go to the beach everyday. Tmac is going to work his knee back to shape his own way. And how can you say a man is not tough the way he has play for us in the playoff last year. Without Tracy, we are a first round out for sure, but with him, he has the chance to give us something special to cheer about in the playoff. Give Him 3 weeks in dec is nothing if he can come back to form after that. So stop b****ing and give him a chance to rest and then see what he does after the rest before you guys start b****ing again!
