I blame Adelman for not sitting Tracy down sooner and telling him to either get out there and compete 100% or go home until he can do something other than ruin team chemistry. Then again, who knows what rules management gave to Adelman when it comes to McGrady. It's not far fetched for Morey or Les to inform Adelman that if McGrady isn't coddled and babied he will go rogue and ruin the season.

No matter what, it's hard for me to find real fault with anyone but the $21 million man who has to be coaxed, motivated and begged to even show up to games and make an appearance on the court just because he had a surgical procedure that should have been a non-issue (or even a benefit) coming into camp. Just to put things into perspective camp began three and a half months ago.

It won't be too much longer before we are talking about a maintenance procedure done a year ago still holding this guy back.

Been thinking this to myself since 2006. Except replace "b****" with "non-leader"

It shouldnt take 3 seasons to see McGrady's a player that doesnt demonstrate leader or toughness attributes. Not saying excuse it either. But if Chuck Hayes "is what he is" then McGrady is what he is, except 8 times more talented.

You can tell Chuck Hayes finish your layups better. You can tell McGrady focus on conditioning. But telling McGrady to be a leader and be bulldog tough is like telling Chuck Hayes to bring the ball up full court, dribble penetrate and dish.

At the end of the day it is evident that when a star player is not ready to play or is playing badly the club will put the star player ahead of the Francise. It is that simple.

I have said for a long time that McGrady should not have been playing after November. I have been consistantly saying Tracy McGrady is not good to the team in the state that he is in.

I have alwasy been against using regular season games asa form of rehab. It is stupid and costly. We have probably one two or three gmaes because McGrad played and lost 5 or 6 because McGrady played, and will have to put up with another months without him. So we have gained nothing.

The same theory should have applied to Artest. Instead of Artest taking a week off a month ago, he developed stress points in his ankle and if it wans't spotted, developed a stress fracture and been out for a lot longer than 10 days.

If Coach 'A' was a good coach he would have not played injured/uinfit players at the start of the season. Infact he should have had them recuperating, starting several weeks before Preseason. He should not have played these players till they were ready. :) I have said this all along!!!!!!
