"3.2 assists per game" doesn't look too impressive to me.

 

Yeah, he spoke with a "NBA GM", but that "NBA GM" was probably CD.

 

Yeah I think we have forgotten how good Rafer played before he came over from Toronto. He is capable of putting up some points...

 

Criteria for assists is way tougher in Euroleague so they dont award them out like in the U.S. V-Span is actually 13th in reg season assists over there (as well as scoring). His 2pt shooting ranks near the reg season leaders as well (I like the 2pt stat btw). Also he's near the tops in "fouls received" which means he can get to the line. Not sure being amongst league leaders in Euroleague automatically means being any good anywhere but his all around stats seem very good in comparison to the league:

Interesting is his quarterfinals (playoffs) stats. His "index rating" (some kinda combined stats rating they use) he's number 1. Which would indicate his play picks up in the key games:
