    He also said he started getting calls after that, so maybe he did it to get the attention of the refs.

    Why are you guys leaving that part out?

    The TOs have definitely been an issue and frankly I'm not suprised since this is a brand new system with a lot of new players. We still have a couple weeks before the season starts so hopefully we'll be okay.

    The technical foul seems like more of a joke than anything else.

    What I want to know is whether McGrady was serious or joking when he made his comment about Steve always thinking that the calls were in the superstars' favor. What do you guys think?

    Your going to see Wells,James,and Francis getting even minutes.
    Even when Brooks breaks the lineup and Rafer is gone that shouldn't change much.We are so deep......nice decisions to ponder eh?

    You don't see Stevie coming in at the deuce and wreaking havoc ala the Microwave?

    Not too worried since Steve is on a very cheap contract, worst comes to worst he can be waived from the team, which would deal a significant blow to his career and reputation.

    You gotta remember that unlike Rasheed, Steve also gets techs for hanging on the rim. I think he had like 7 of those the year he beat out Rasheed.

    Hopefully he gets about 5 such techs this year, helps keep the crowd in the game ;)
