Based on the video the cop was an idiot and idiots come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and genders.

Dude was grilling Rafer on what and when he ate and drank. Please, however, Rafer needs to attend a class on how to handle himself better with police officers. Turning your back and asking to be arrested isn't the smartest thing to do. Also, valet attendants sometimes turn your lights off instead of letting them go off automatically. This has happen to me twice.

The swerving erractically, I'll leave up to the police to interpret. But Rafer wasn't drunk off of 3 or 4 Craberry and Vodka based on his behavior. I liked how the police officer changed it from 3 to 4. I wanted to see the girl to?

when i took msf (motorcycle course) they explain how it takes one hour for a one drink to get out of your system. so if you going to drink what ever drinks you have that the mount of time you have to wait. MSF teacher told me this and ready about it too.

 

Its not a color thing obviously. The problem to me is that Hpd talks to people just like that Cop spoke to Rafer,Rude and unprofessional. I think Hpd does a a great job in Houston with the exception of these Traffic Cops. You can tell that Officers like these just see an instant way to force more money from people instead of advocating safety on public streets. I think these guys get off at writing tickets. This policeman will probably be in aticked off mood after seeing how his ticket didn't stick. So watch out he may try to perform his duty on some of us

This is how I am when it comes to cops. If I have money in my pocket I'll be an ass becasue I know I'll be out in an hour. But if I'm broke as hell I say yes sir and no sir to everything.

That is the one i am not understanding.

 

I think he gets a discount. Something like 4 drinks per hour. No, wait...or was it two per hour? It's roughly 2-4 drinks per hour, but who's counting anyway.
