Seriously? Would he even agree to go? This is a lil princess that got butthurt when RA refused to let him in back into the system without learning to play the system. What makes you think he will want to do that? He cares more about playing for his new contract than trying to help the team.

    Thanks for the clarification.

I was aware of that rule. Though I think it needs some adjustments. The best way to get the D-league more viability is sending star players down there on rehab assignments, knocking off some of the rust. Like baseball of course, similar to Roger Clemens going down on the double- A team.

This is correct. Only first and second year NBA players can be assigned to their D-League affiliate under the CBA. There is talk that when the next CBA comes up, temporary re-hab stints for a player of any NBA experience will be allowed.. But that is purely speculation and a couple years off still.

hahah that's a really good point.. but it's not so much that he would be helping the team, but rather helping his own cause by showing what he does have left in the tank (if there's anything left). It's not helping his trade value by jus training and playing pickup games in chi-town.

    HAHHAH!! AWESOME!! LOVE IT!!

I'm pretty sure the scam was Rafer told Dorsey that he was going to get in the game. He probably ran up to the scorers table and got yelled at by Adelman. Pretty wrong, but funny.

Looking at past drafts, a lot of productive players picked in the top 3 of the second round, except for the Rockets.

Adelman has to encourage him to play hard and not to get down when he gets in foul trouble or if things are getting hot out on the court. If he can keep his focus for most of the time, he may well succeed. He has a long way to go.Let's hope he can get better.

Lol, yeah, I thought so and imagined that. It's so funny, so I was just wondering if anyone had caught that scene live.

Much easier said than done since it is illegal

Only 1st and 2nd year players can be allocate to the DLeague.

They need to change that stupid rule so that teams can allocate a returning player to the DLeague to get some playing time under their belt.
