Baylor will always suck. It's a division II school inside a division I conference. You could put Billy Donoval at Baylor and they would still suck. They just don't have the drawning power that a major school would have in bringing players in.

I thought Yao's shoulder was so bad he needed surgery?! Lifting weights, exhausting drills, doesn't sound like it.

    Careful DENNISCD...

You are going to give yourself away.

Your statements sound like info from an insider.

Remember that loose lips sink ships. And can get you fired from your job down in the hole.

    CD? An Ego Maniac?

    Where did you get that?

Anyone that has ever talked about him has talked about how humble he is, and how he doesn't mind someone else getting the credit.

We all know JVG was an ego maniac, what makes you think CD is one also?

I have no idea if CD is an ego maniac or not. He could be. Public image is different from private.

But JVG was definitely an ego-maniac. He should've allowed CD and Hakeem to coach Yao Ming. Why'd it take 5 years for Hakeeem and CD to show Yao some basic moves?

You are either an insider who knows something we all don't. Or did CD do something to one of your loved ones so you hate him so much?

around the office its well known that cd plays the ego free card well but has the biggest ego of all. he is already trying to undermine morey with the owner. with lindsey gone, he will try and assume more power

Right, it was JVG who sent Hakeem to Jordan to study religion.

And Yao didn't have any basic moves before... he didn't shoot hook shots, he didn't shoot free throws correctly with his fingertips, he couldn't play. Right.

And where was CD, the famed big man coach, when Rudy could have used his help with Cato, Mo Taylor, and Eddie Griffin? Was JVG keeping him away from working with these three also?

cd the great teacher worked with yao his rookie year...how did that work out? give tibodeau credit cd instead of saying "no more 8 turnover games". hakeem had his own turnover troubles, so quit being so blameful (i know thats not a word)

Yao Ming is the one responsible for 8 turnovers. It's not like he hadn't been tutored or trained.

When I say it is JVG's fault, it is based on reports that JVG did not allow CD to tutor Yao. I can totally believe JVG doing this because he is an ego-maniac. Remember when he said, Yao won't be shooting 3 pointers as long as I'm coach? Man..what an ego that guy had. So I can believe that JVG did not allow Yao to be tutored by Hakeem, or CD.

Much rather have the Hakeem/CD coaching than the Ewing/TT coaching...which one dominated the other? Which one has the rings?

You sound like a jealous child. Whats tha matter did that mean ol CD not give you enough attention at da office. Tell the truth, he didnt hold the elevator door for you one day and you got your feelings hurt so now you are going to get even by making people think he is a bad man. You silly wascal. :p

If what you were saying is really true then you would have something more significant and less vague to say.

yeah, those retiring guys are always trying to assume more power....I mean that is the way they do it, by retiring.

Everyone knows that the true power of any job is in the guys that have left it....I mean Clinton is obviously still running the country...right?
