    I see this thread moreso as McHale bashing.

    Sticky-iso-Harden-stepback has saved our asses many times. It just shouldn't be our offensive philosophy.

    Please don't say that McHale is going to be around for the next 5 years.

    They should trade him while his stock is high (mvp votes, first team all nba).

    we can't lock up players to long-term deals like we used to. Howard has option after 2 more years. McHale is here for at least another year too.

    Sticky-iso-Harden-stepback was probably why our asses were in danger in the first place. Take game 4 of the playoffs: we had an 11-point lead with about 5 minutes left in regulation; thanks to sticky Harden ball, that lead shrank to nothing. But of course it was Lin's fault that we lost.

    Please don't forget that Hakeem's already a 2-way player back then. Can't say this about Harden.
