It's about time for Brooks to have another game. I think he's had 3 or 4 stinkers. So, he's due. And we're playing the Lakers, a team he has given fits to.

However, the Lakers are no dummies, when Brooks gets in the game, watch them trap him out high and force him to give up the basketball or take tough long range, contested, low percentage shots, even for him.

I don't agree with this... Adelman never said Wallaced wouldn't be a good player. He didn't play for Adelman because Wallace did not fit their system.

Wallace is a good player for sure, but I still don't seem him doing well in that kind of system.

I'm so disinterested in this team. The guys he has confidence in just aren't getting it done and it is becoming very hard to watch.

You're rapidly approaching DD's "I hate Kyle Lowry" status in regards to your hate for Williams. Don't be a troll. Brooks has played like trash this season. We traded a pick for Williams and have seen enough of him to see his potential. Some of us just want to see him get a real chance over a guy who is losing more games for us than he is winning.

ummm ... the last I've checked, we've still not been winning.

RA is coaching himself out of a job. That's the only positive out of all this.

Not that this is the case, but if the Rockets are high on Twill and trying to trade AB why would they put Twill on the court more than AB. If Williams plays well then you end up having teams demand him in more trades. There really is no need to get him on the court before the trade deadline. Right now he looks like a player that has been too difficult to play on two consecutive teams and maybe Morey and Adelman want it to stay that way until the deadline passes.

At this point , losing more games is the better option .... If you are gonna suck .....

This team is going no where fast , I see no quick fix. Picking 14th again is probably the worst case scenario for us fans.

Thats what Im hoping is the case .... no real reason to get him on the court now and increase the chances that a team demands him as part of any trade if he is in the teams long term plans.

Where does this "RA doesn't player younger players" come from?

Aside from our rookies Brooks, Landry and Buddinger, (who had significant play) there were:

Jason Williams as a 36mpg rookie starting PG
Peja getting 21mpg as a 21 yr old rookie
Hedo getting 17mpg as a 21 yr old rookie (55 win team)
Francisco Garcia 19mpg as a rookie out of Louisville (albeit 24yrs old)
Sangolia 73 games/13mpg out of Wake Forest (albeit 25yrs old) on a 55 win team.

Robert Pack 72 games at 12 mpg as 22yr rookie (on a 57 win team)

obviously, Joe Smith started every game (1st pick in the draft)
Todd Fuller (who?) played 70+ games at 12mpg

And this doesn't count the euro-vet rookies like Scola and Drazen (playing behind Drexler) who were starters or solid rotation players

all I'm hearing is TWill, a 19yr old Wallace and Martin.

Don't confuse the issue, HP, with the truth. Your messin' up the folks who want to blame the team's troubles on Adelman. ;-)-

How about putting in Twill to make plays so Brooks can play off the ball and excel that way? Win-win. Nah, Rick wants the tried and true: struggle.
