Exactly...every crackwhore and illegal lives within walking distance of Bellaire's burbs. I am, of course, speaking of heart of Bellaire near Chimney Rock and Rice. Bellaire, accross the tracks near West U is better. But I'm not going to spend $500,000 on a home in which I have to shop in the same grocery store as some illegal chicano living in a slum apartment down the street. YES, Bellaire PD are tough cookies...I graduated from Bellare High. That's about it.
And that's why B.P.D. is there... So you don't have to worry about the other areas around it. PLUS, it makes for some damn cheap grocery shopping close by. I'm a Bellaire grad, myself, and I can say that I prefer the idea of a house appreciating. In Sugarland, that is a non-factor.
