You are making things up now.

Tarik Black was very average or maybe even close to bad in the summer league, he out performed many guys in the training camp to earn his spot.

I remember Hayes knocking or just taking the ball out of the hands of opposing centers sometimes several times a game. There was one who would look at his empty hands in disbelief. Just cannot rember names annymore, maybe tinman can. He will provide a stable locker room presence. It will be needed with the addition of Lawson!

I'm glad the Chuckwagon is coming back! Having said that, IF he's in the starting lineup it will be out of sheer necessity! I won't elaborate what "sheer necessity" means (nor should anyone else), some things are better left unspoken! IF you still don't understand, Prigioni played for us out of sheer necessity last year!...

Hopefully we won't see Chuck on the court except for garbage minutes after or big lead has put the game away. But he will do a little coaching on the sidelines. Would not be suprised to see him become an assistant coach after another year or so. He was always coaching players on the sidelines.

Having two physical animals like Hayes and Harrell going up against them in practice all the time should really help DMo and especially TJones. We need TJones to get nasty and smart, and I think Harrell and Hayes will help light that fire under him.

LOL I love the dude but if that happens it means we have had multiple injuries again and that would make sad

I think the idea of him banging with tjones and Dmo as well as Dwight will help all of them. Defensively that low center of gravity hasn't gone anywhere... He can still help the team even if he isn't starting or in the regular rotation.

Don't underestimate the chuckwagon, he's a rock. He may not get a lot of minutes and that's fine, but he a veteran that will help practice and teach the youngsters some valuable insight. Imo Morey is all in now and needs leaders like Hayes and Terry out there.

I couldn't be more happy with this off season....... unless Morey pulls one more rabbit out of his hat.

If Chuck does see time it's because of a trade, injury or he needs a defensive stopper for three likes of j.smith or Aldridge.

    Is your name from Sunny?

But yes, agreed. I'm tired of finesse layup TJ around the rim. I need out-hustle-you, automatic rebounding, dunks off pnr's TJ. Don't get me wrong, I love when he shows those flashes of a PG background and takes it coast to coast, but with a healthy 70+ game season should bring on the character impact consistency. LETS GET IT TJ!

Watch him find a way into the rotation. He should still have some game in him at 32 and with such low usage over the last few seasons.

Lol unless Hayes completely revives his career here and works like hell to get back into his old groove and physical condition, then i'm pretty sure Green would eat Hayes alive.

I loved Hayes, but he isn't who he used to be, it's been 5 years bro's, and he's been total trash since he left. I still like like him coming back though, he will be a great locker room presence, and hopefully he can coach up some of our young big's on things like rebounding and defensive positioning.

It kind of sucks that Hayes is taking Williams's spot though, Hayes will be a good vet to have, but if Williams becomes a decent nba player we will regret it.

That's what assistant coaches are supposed to do. We need to sign players who could be future assets.

I loved Tarik Black's work ethic when he was on the team. He seemed to work his ass off and never complain. That's such an admirable trait in anybody.

I really like the Chuckster but at this point in their careers I would rather have Alan Williams.

Chuck's impact will be great if he can help our young 4's and Capela to get better.

Some good post defense insurance when Dwight inevitably misses 20+ reg season games.
