I watched the game. Stats don't show how the game was played, both teams played poorly. Westbrook lost his dribble several times on minor pressure. Durant settled for a 30 footer at the end of regulation for no good reason. The lakers botched the last play of regulation and couldn't get a shot off. The lakers had a 3 point lead at the end of OT and left Sefolosha wide open in the corner; Kobe actually yelled at Artest for that one. Both teams blew fastbreaks badly.

There was a lot of effort, but the execution for both teams was sloppy.

The only thing I feel good about tonight's game is that we should have a better record against teams playing in back-to-backs than in many years past.

Our style of play should wear teams down this year. I'm not too hopeful because a 4-1 start given our schedule just seems ridiculous for this team.

I do like the idea of Landry playing the 3 some, but if that happens we'll see some Pops tonight and also AB & Kyle on the floor a lot.

I'd like to see Jermaine Taylor get some time.

I don't know if he will from RA's comments. I hope he can contribute some.

It's going to be hard to replace those minutes in the rotation, even if it's only 10-15. Battier/Ariza will need all the rest they can get to guard Kobe effectively. I guess we'll see more of the Lowry/Brooks combo. It might be nice to see what Taylor can do with minutes in a real game, but that doesn't exacly bode well for our winning chances.

That's bad. All I can say.

But I guess it is better to just sit him now and have him healthly for the rest of the season.

    Me too.

I'm looking for 5-8 minutes at least for J-Tay.

If the deal is done next year's payroll IF there are no other moves is 60.5 +/-
without Scola, Lowry or draft picks.

I know it's like his fourth game as a rookie, but this is a huge blow to the team.

This is sprained ankle in the 4th game for a rookie on a projected lottery team, right? I think it's going to be ok.
