I bet once again that it's psychological warfare. keeps LA players frosty on their tippy toes instead of slacking and keeps Houston coaches busier with different gameplans and Rockets' players thinking about the greatness of Kobe

Probably pointed out elsewhere, but it sounds like they may just be being extra cautious because of the swine flu scare.

A typical ploy by Phil Jackson. I hate that guy.

I haven't read all the pages but Kobe will definitely play. We better pray he doesn't spread whatever he has to any of the Rockets.

This is reminiscent of that Paul Pierce "injured hero" thing where he faked an injury at half-time and then heroically came back and had a great game. Can't remember who the celts were playing but Primadonna pierce really played up the drama. That douchebag.

Maybe if Kobe would wash his hands after these games he wouldn't get sick.

sore throat might help us. kobe wont be able to communicate well with teammates on the court, and their offense may not be as smooth. hopefully...

Whoever thinks Kobe won't play is an idiot. Even if he has appendicitis he will still play.

don't believe it for a second and I think neither do the rox. The guy played with a broken finger. Unless he is so sick he can't even get out of bed, which i hope he is not...I don't wish that upon anyone, he will play. Kobe is a true competitor unlike Me-Mac.

    Just Phil Jackson at work!
