    What's a hip flexor anyways? That's a new injury for me. Maybe he hurt himself carrying Gatorade for the other guys?

    Naa...his real cause for leaving the team is that he is going to be Tiger Woods roommate in rehab coach. We can hear them vaguely talking about who has had more tail on the bench.

    Hip Flexor Causes

    Tight muscles and poor flexibility will contribute to hip flexor injury. When muscles are tight, there is an increased amount of tension on the tissues. When this increased tension is added to by an explosive movement, injury can occur.


    The hip flexor must of occurred when BCook was practicing for the all-star dunk contest!http://bbs.clutchfans.net/newreply.php#

    Maybe he asked Rick for some playing time and Rick just laughed in his face. Thus, the injury out of nowhere! Next he will demand a trade. :grin:
