CHRON: Bonzi happy to be playing with Rockets, Adelman

Bonzi is going to get his playing time this year. Remember this is Adelman and Bonzi and Adelman are homers for each other. I think Bonzi is going to get 20-30 min per game. Either in Relief of T-Mac or playing SG in relief of James/Francis. He might start a few games too. All I know is that the Spurs are afraid of a healthy slimmed down Bonzi lol.

 

Battier is not a bench warmer. He certainly is not mediocre either.

 

Despite Howard's age and generally mediocre skills, how could you give up 1 of our 2 PFs (assuming you consider Hayes a PF... if not, Howard was our only PF), even if Mike James is individually a better player? I, for one, do not blame JVG for resisting that trade.

 

Well I agree with you.

Even though Howard was a disappearing act during the playoffs, he was at least a contributor. I'd take Hayes over him but if that trade had happened we might have seen Big Jake play some minutes at the four. Don't know about you guys but that brings me chills.

 

No way in hell. Boozer would have walked his way in for dunks against big j. CD should have pulled off the trade for Kleiza.

 

Well...Bonzi is kicking ass.

 

In the 10 years I have been on this board, I have never seen so many b****es b****ing about a person or coach. I thought the Pippen era was bad. Its even WORSE around here now.

Right around February, we will forget all about JVG and concentrate on b****ing about our new coach.
