    I think players need to play at least some seasons and do that very well to earn a nickname. In the past it was like a honour to get one. Only the best of the best got one. That made it special to me. If Scola continues to do the stuff he does, he surely will earn himself a nickname.

    you're right. no one should have called rafer alston "skip to my lou", until after his third year in the league.

    it's not like luis scola has been a two time spanish league MVP, or a fiba americas championship MVP. besides, he hasn't won a gold medal in the olympics.

    It's nice to see Kirk finally get a shot to play in the NBA. Great guy, he just played the wrong position.


    As for Rambo... eh. I think we can do better.
