Now see if I had said that yall would have said I was biased... but let the coach say it and yall heap praise on chuck

I sort of felt sorry for Joey though, because those 10 minutes chuck played to shut down Bosh were Joey's.

It's just going to be hard for anyone else on our team to stop players like Bosh, Garnett, Duncan, Aldridge, etc... Chuck can't stop them completely either, but at least he can slow them down and defensively rotate to help better than anyone else on our bench.

Did yall not love the one pass from him to Kyle Lowry down low?? He can contribute on offense, it's just not in the dunk and pop a shot way ;)

Also once tracy gets back expect chuck to be more active on offense.tracy is very good at getting hucky open shots.

Not surprised. I didn't get a chance to watch the game, but I was listening on the radio during the 3rd quarter and it was still very obvious that Chuck Hayes completely changed the complexion of the game defensively from the moment he was subbed in. Not coincidentally, the Rockets were able to take a lead from that point and never looked back.

Craig Ackerman did not say a word about Chuck's defensive moves while he was on the court, and yet it was obvious that he was affecting the game. That tells you how great a defender he is.

Oh no. Chuckie's a one way player. He can only play defense.

chuck can actually play adelman's offense + JVG's defense. too bad he can't score a lick. if he could, we wouldn't miss yao much, despite his height.

Remember the Boston game in Boston last year when Chuck shut down KG. You are an elite defender when you can shut down guys like KG and Bosh. Too bad Chuck doesn't get the minutes to get recognized as an all NBA defender.

Seriously, I am like Brad Lidge in there, tossing pitches right down the middle for others to hit out of the park....

As I type..."Force ten from Naverone"...then "Force Ten from Navirone".....about 3 or 4 different ways until someone steals it away....

    GRRRRR

    ;)

I'll control myself to prevent a derail. :p

(OK, it was decent... I have a high tolerance for WWII films. Have you ever seen The Key? An overlooked classic)
