Well I hope that Shane can stay healthy for a while so we don't miss Ron and Tracy as much. Von needs to continue to do what he's been doing. C Yao PF Scola SF Battier SG Wafer PG Alston 6th Brooks 7th Landry 8th Barry 9th Head 10th Hayes This is a mediocre team, but we should surive for 2 weeks.
The upside of it is that the bone bruise is on the other side of the foot. So it didn't aggravate the already injured area AND the old injury will heal at the same time while he's out. He should be in pretty decent shape post All Star break I think, plus we have VERY few back-to-backs left. Not to mention we've been on the road like hell and played a LOT of games already. Good stuff. Looking forward to Wafer learning things, Barry finding his rhythm and Brooks seeing more playing time and learning too.
This is clearly the organization telling both Ron and Tracy to not come back until you are ready to play every single game.... DD
I would prefer it if T-Mac and Artest came back at the same time and both at 100 %. He was obviously responding to the question about Battier.
Obviously he is...
But what is the point of making that statement. Is there anything else that this could possibly mean??
We're in decent position, actually. We're still 9 games over .500 and for whatever reason, the Rox tend to do better as the season goes on. As JVG said, the Rox are overperforming. IF t-mac's hiatus can actually get him back right and Ron can get back to health (which is likely since it's just a bone bruise) that'll leave us with 37 games to gel and get some chemistry. Plus, this period will give the role players to get some extra PT so they can really contribute come playoff time...
