That's a BAD sign. Our PG is our best rebounder? That's the state of our PF and C these days? Yikes!

As an aside, props to JVG for tackling the Dirk foul situation in the paper today. Glad to see JVG FINALLY stepping up in the MEDIA and protecting our players a bit from those idiotic fouls.

Well, do something on the court rather than just in front of the microphone, like many coaches would have done.

"He's by far our best rebounder, big or small," Van Gundy said. "He pursues the ball better. We've also given him the latitude to go to the offensive board as a point. I've never played with a rebounding point. We've always had them in transition, defense back. But ever since we went to Dallas, that's what he does best ?GO TO THE BOARD AND GET BACK""<--------:p

I'm glad Lue has finally found his place in the roster as the team secretary. Now all he needs are bigger boobs.

Dude, that punk really needs to cut those threads off and grow a beard. It's nasty seeing him out there w/ his girly hair, running point.

I think what Van Gundy was saying is he has never allowed his point guard to go to he offensive glass and board. He knows Francis pulled down 6 a night.

I can think of a couple of reasons why JVG said he didn't have a rebounding PG.

    1. Francis would at least turn over half of his rebounds.
    2. The other half is easily negated by him giving up defensive positions and get lit up by opponent's PG on fast breaks.
    3. Besides, Francis isn't really a PG anyway.
