Slingbox A/V Hopefully get it hooked up in Houston at my parents house so I can view the Texans/Astros/Rockets in Cowgirl country!
I got a UT sweater, $50, and Bully for the PS2 (which I won't be playing until I get done with FFXII). I got to watch my niece and nephew open up their presents (which included a Tickle-me-Elmo and a Roboreptile), which is always pretty nice. Not really a Christmas present, but we got tickets to watch the Rockets on New Year's Eve; the injuries to Yao and T-Mac kind of make this less exciting, but I'm still looking forward to it. My mom is making some homemade Christmas cookies right now. It is a minor miracle she is still alive (major aneurysm found and operated on less than two weeks ago), so her being alive and well makes this the best Christmas ever for me. Hopefully we can spend many more holiday seasons together.
Rockets 93/94 DVD set, Hakeem The Dream DVD, $10 Starbucks card, advance gift from my sister that funded half of my season tickets for this season, and cash yea, im 24 and i see the decreasing amount of gifts im getting from my family as i get older. Its not fair, cause im the youngest of 3 kids and my eldest sister who is like 32 now, got gifts till she was like almost 30.
Yea...I got: one embarassing Cowboys loss (aka slap in the face) some clothes pretty good waterproof coat Learn & Master Guitar with Steve Krenz (DVD and CD set; instructional video) J.A Henckels Internationals 10 pieced forged block set(aka pretty nice knives) a king size down-free blanket DuraGear back seat cover for the Camry and dogs some junk food/junk gadgets Probably the least materialistic x-mas I have attended all my life...and I can say without a doubt...it's about time. Even though it was still kind of pricey IMO, there were fewer higher dollar presents. I think I ended up with a net loss on x-mas for the first time ever. Yay!
