I really think Christmas meals depend on what culture you are apart of.

    Drink are easy...

Johnny Walker Blue or Double Black for the elderly dudes
Glenlevit for the 26-40 year old dudes
    Cosmopolitans for the ladies
Blue Moon for the 18-25 year old's
    Baileys for the elderly ladies
    Sparkling grape for the kids
    Red/White wine for anyone

    Appetizers
    Tamales
    Spinach/Artichoke dip
    Fried Mushrooms

    Food...
    Duck (Peaking or Curried)
    Ham
    Leg of Lamb

Baked Brie with a puff pastry crust and some sort of fruit preserve is a great appetizer that looks way fancier than it actually is.

I'm also a huge fan of brussels sprouts and bacon.

I don't think it's Christmas without a Spiral Ham at my parents house.

I'm coming over to your house for Christmas. You had me at JW-Blue, but definitely sealed the deal with the lamb and duck.

Ham is probably the most popular Christmas entree.

Egg Nog is a very popular drink for the holidays, but a lot of people don't drink it. Personally I love it.

I can. Ate it less than a month ago. For a long time. Time to move on. It takes a brave person to explore new tastes. I'm sure you're confined to a miniscule spectrum of food options. Its what works for you. Its what you know. That's cool. Maybe one day you'll ask someone to pass the hot sauce down the table, maybe that day, for a brief fleeting moment you'll live. Perhaps on that day. Enjoy that day.

Actually I get your point. I pretty much only eat turkey only on the holidays. Its not my favorite. The rest of the year Im trying other food.

But I did have some AWESOME fried turkey at the Texans tailgate on Sunday.

We're having Yao Ming Chicken. The meat only comes from chicken with broken foot. Broken foot is cut off, blackened on grill, ground into powder, and used as chicken spice. We also use the powder for "Black Toe" Sushi.

I would like to dedicate this bs story above to Bill Murray and Yao Ming for their contributions to this story. Sorry to have wasted your time. :)

we are actually going to a chinese buffet for our x-mas meal. do you think they will sing jingle bells for us? I was thinking about bringing my iPad to play the scene from that movie while we are eating. that wouldn't be awkward...would it?
