boston is CLEARLY the best team in the league right now and it's not even close. but it's december. other teams have 3-4 months to get themselves right.
They are. Without Rondo too, they are so impressive. Thibbs installing that defensive system may have helped a lot as well.
that's why rondo is overhyped. obviously they will need rondo in the long run, but they can easily get to the conference finals even if rondo doesn't play another game. kevin garnett and paul pierce are the two guys they cannot afford to lose. one controls their defense, and the other is their clutch playmaker.

The Magic are rag tag and just thrown together. It will take them some time to figure things out. The Celtics can feast on them today just like they did in the early season games against the Heat. Don't judge the Magic by today or by their romp over a tired Spurs team. Very long way to go. IMO, one thing that must happen is SVG will have to shorten the playing rotation going forward. Some guys won't be happy about it.
i'm not. when april rolls around, they're still going to have the same type of offense. they're not going to beat boston or miami over a 7 game series unless hedo or arenas regain their playmaking abilities. both guys are glorified jumpshooters.

this is what i like about dwight. bad offensive games, still dominant defensively and on the boards. his 2 blocks on pierce were ridiculous. that's a superstar.
So that's what weakside shotblocking looks like. Is Orlando showcasing Bass; or should he be taking so many shots, and missing them? Orlando should do themselves a favor and trade for Andre Miller. They need another PG in the 4th -- DH, HT, JR, GA, and AM.
