I think someone mentioned this already but he should get the kind of training/treatment Steph Curry had been getting before when he was having sprained ankles all the time. Somehow after all the Steph has been much stronger (or luckier?)
I agree with this too. While luck is certainly involved with injuries, prevention does include strengthening.
yeah and it’s only been a few years but Kawhi doesn’t seem bothered by his ankle at all anymore either. there’s got to be a training for Wood that will help.
Woods muscle or lack thereof had NOTHING to do with a sprained ankle. Basketball has had MANY super skinny people be successful....Kevin Durant cough cough.... DD
