I still think C Wood has a lot to offer. I think his problem is, he's suffered from a series of Bad Luck. He came out of college too early, didn't get drafted, bounced around the league, went overseas and played for some bad teams.

Came back and got his one chance to shine for the Rockets, Harden leaves, he plays for a coach in Silas who doesn't know what he's doing, then gets traded to a Dallas team who is soft and a coach who has known attitude problems.....JUST FLAT OUT BAD LUCK!

Ive always said and Ive always thought that if the Rockets would have waited to assess him after they got rid of Silas, the RIGHT coach could have maximized his abilities.

People say he's a stat getter but anyway you calculate it if you have the ability to put up 19 and 10 in the NBA....YOU HAVE TALENT

Great signing for the Lakers, Wood goes from being unarguably 3rd best option on the Mavs to a bench role. He will be really effective as a backup to AD similar to Dwight during the bubble run.

Pelinka has done a masterclass ever since the Westbrook trade
...A+ on all fronts from coach selection, trades, drafting and FA signing. This is the best and deepest team Lebron has ever been on if he wasn't so old they'd be a lock for a couple of rings.

    Anthony Davis
    Rui Hachimura
    Taurean Prince
    Jarred Vanderbilt
    Jaxson Hayes
    Christian Wood

Media & Lakers Nation was just pumping up Hayes.

Mavs fans were excited too. :p
How long do you give Lakers fans to “turn” on him (or realize he ain’t all it’s cracked up to be).

I give it 4 months till Wood is the most disliked player in the NBA. The big stage in LA might finally shine a light on the supposed toxic behavior behind the scenes. If he's matured a bit from being passed on by most the league, his offensive game actually suits lebron really well but if he's still the same mentally, this is gonna be ugly.
