    Anything close would epic though.

What is the harm in being positive, taking wait and see attitude?

There is a lot of harm.

What if Christian Wood's peak value is this season. Next season, on an expirer, he may not be worth as much besides to a contender. Big picture. I know you don't agree, but you are asking a question that's an easy answer.

I have to be realistic D-rock…if u hooked me up to a lie detector test, asked me if I thought the Rockets are actually as good as they displayed during that win streak, and I answered yes, I would fail…results would show extreme deception detected

Rockets not trading him this season.

Not unless they get something really good in return.

Trade for trade sake is not going to happen.

And if you hooked me up to a lie detector and asked if the Rockets are as bad as they displayed during the losing streak, guess how I’d fare.

In general, with Wood at the 5, the Rockets are a much better team than their record indicates.

yet still subpar…Idk when we started celebrating being regular trash instead of historically bad

Disagree. IMO, at full strength with Wood at the 5, this team is pretty solidly in the playoff/play-in picture with a ton of upside given how many young players we rely on.

we’re gonna have to agree to disagree then because u are way higher on this team than I am

any time the Rockets go on a win streak, it involves unsustainable levels of shooting and offensive efficiency…I can’t buy it

Statistically he had a better, more efficient 41 games last season so his value actually dipped a tad. (except rebounding)

One of the problems with him is, he did not seem to be healthy enough to play a full 70-80 game season.

AND you're going to keep waiting and waiting and waiting......It's no coincidence but the Rockets were on a 6 game win streak last yr, Wood goes out and we began to lose, same this yr.

Wood has more value than you and people alike thinks.

And what if it's not his peak?? Considering he's going into only his 2nd yr full time starter, and how it takes big men longer to develop.......I'M GUESSING IT'S THE LATER.

And what if he hasn't peaked? Fans forget, this is his 2nd yr playing full time.

CA Towns is just now starting to come into his own after playing 5-6 yrs as a full time starter......IT TAKES TIME! Wood has more value than you and people alike thinks

It should not be his peak but his minor injuries are stacking up and there is the question if he can play extended time over years.

How many times has CA Towns been out? AD? many other young bigs? Steph Curry had the same ankle and lower extremity injuries until his body got use to the constant pounding of the NBA.

WHAT DO YOU THINK IF THE WARRIORS HAD TRADE HIM?

Unfortunately yes, but he is nowhere near that level.

I was never a fan of Towns, I thought he underachieved and never became a defender even if he could score at will at times.

He is still a borderline great player.

Steph is a legendary player now, No. 1 shooter of All time.
You tolerate his injuries because he is just a generational player.

Who is Wood going to be?

Agree. Can’t trade Wood unless we get a legitimate center back in return. Sengun due to his size is a PF not a C. Wood will never be a 70-82 game per year player and that is the real elephant in the room.

I think that's my point on both CA Towns and Steph. Towns is just now coming into his own, you yourself said, you thought he UNDERACHIEVED and never was a good defender.....IT TAKES TIME!

Same for Steph, no one thought Steph was anything but a shooter who couldn't play defense and who stayed hurt all the time....That was it and anyone who says otherwise is flat out lying.

They worked yrs with him to build up his strength and develop his game.....ONCE AGAIN, IT...TAKES...TIME!
