    Because it's a ridiculous premise.

    "Yo, my cuzin lil pooh just got a 20 year bid for robbing a liquor store. How can I get this man back on the streets quicker?!"

    Do the crime, get your **** pushed in. Have you ever had your **** pushed it?

    He is not saying his friend did not do the crime
    He is saying the length of the sentence is too long
    The link to the crimes. . . . seem pretty Heinous

    I think white collar crime are the worse kind
    because it is usually done by people that don't NEED the money
    but are just uber greedy.

    45 maybe a bit much . . . but when you swindle old folx . .. people are not that sympathetic . . . They see this as a person who would potential swindle their parents and are happy to have them off the street.

    There's an appeals process, right? Even if a poster wanted to give advice, no one here is in a position to help (even the lawyers). His problems are far too serious for this bbs. The guy needs a good lawyer, not an armchair quarterback on the internet.
