    Agreed.
If he did the ***** .. . HE DID IT AND SHOULD PAY

To go from 2 in a plea to 45 just shocks me
I don't think 2 should have been on the table if the overall sentence is 45
[Should we limit please to half the regular sentence? a 4th?]

Jesus probably would have been a better lawyer.

Or Matlock. He should have hired Matlock.

Seriously? He defrauded people of their retirement savings, and you're saying he's the VICTIM? He should have taken the plea. I honestly don't think there's much he can do now.

I dont understand how it goes from a 2 year plea to 45 years.

That part about it doesnt make any sense, regardless of the crime.

He will die in prison and you will forget about him.

He was arrogant and convinced himself that he was smarter than everyone else and could make money for nothing..... and it carried over when he rejected a 2 year term in prison, thinking that he was smarter than everyone else and would get off.

This is the aspect of the Judiciary system I never understood.

"We know you committed murder, just say yes and you can get 2 years. BUT IF WE PROVE IT, YOU GET 45"
