I would rather have C Web over Shaq. I respect what he did as a player, but he's annoying when he talks.
Shaq, Miller, and Kerr. Winning trio right there. Get rid of Chuck and Kenny. Maybe add in Miller's brot-I mean sister. She has some creds and she likes to call all the ballers out.
Shaq is horrendous. Not only does he think he's funnier than he actually is, half of what he says makes little to no sense at all. At least for all the nonsense that Charles says, he can gather himself and dish some excellent insight once in awhile when he wants to.

Shaq is absolutely terrible as a commentator. He makes stupid jokes every 5 seconds and totally "ghetto-izes" the commentary. Webber is much better and more intelligent than Shaq for sure.
For those that said get rid of Kenny and Charles, I hope you guys were joking (but you are entitled to make your opinion of how you feel).
I agree that Ernie, Kenny and Charles were great, and that they didn't need to add anyone (only guests once in a while). My wife and I would stay up late just to watch that show, and she doesn't even watch basketball other than the Rockets from time to time.
I used to love when Shaq would come on as a guest. I thought he was very funny in that type of situation. Now that it is his job, it seems that he's trying too hard to be funny instead of letting it come naturally. He is starting to be annoying with the crazy sounds he make. I have to admit that I have not watched the past 2 weeks, so maybe he's doing better.
I'm thinking more in the context of his presumed wealth and non-basketball marketability and stature. I'd think the guy would be able to get into some prudent but more lucretive business ventures, crank out a ghostwritten memoir or two, get into the business of being more of a TV personality, even go into some kind of sports marketing or media production. In the same vein that I wouldn't expect a Jordan to do this type of stuff.
