    he's right. from wcf to the lottery. you dont see a team decline like that every year. this team is pathetic. prematurely re-sign mchale only to fire him not even 20 games into the next season. for some god forsaken reason harden has regressed. and for some reason dwight cant get more than 1 or 2 shots a game

    Context matters.

    Webber was referring to Dwight's role in the Rox system and what it should be

    Of course he's still not wrong, but he isn't necessarily criticizing what most folks around here will think he's criticizing.

    Our offensive system needs to change. Harden and Howard have declined. Or teams learned how to defend us. And refs are no calling fouls for Harden. Coaches, drill your players on ball and player movement.

    As a comparison, Webber talks about tim Duncan whose skills have declined but Pop adjusted his system to cater to Duncan's physical abilities now. Webber is calling out both the team for not recognizing how Dwight can help the team now and Dwight for not developing other skills.

    Maybe we're seeing the same thing for Harden. Webber did say it starts 5 years into your career. Physical decline begins.

    At this point I honestly think Webber is one of the best in the business. He actually pays attention to the games and doesn't just regurgitate whatever the national opinion is.

    It sounds weird but I can't think of any national guy whose opinion I respect more.

    Every Rockets fan knows Rockets suck ass, but they still get pissed and insulted, when someone from the media says that Rockets suck ass.

    agree with you both. this was also the only guy to pick us to win it all early in the playoffs 1995. and this was the guy who went crazy over dmo's post skills his first summer league game. he always gives honest and well-thought out analysis
