Chris Paul would rather be passive on the court than aggressive off it.

He’s let the injury worries mental neuter him into an irrelevant passive ass.

I would almost not believe this if not for the bad luck last year.

I will go to my grave not believing that. I’ve been studying the film of his past two seasons for months.

There is just no physical decline. His defense being as good as ever makes me know it.

He was a jump shooter last year, with the occasional drive.

You don’t lose jump shooting. He’s mentally done trying to be a star player.

On some level he would be a bit insane to try the same things that have gotten him injured in the playoffs, especially when he doesn’t have to alll the time with Harden being there.

But him running to the corner on offense for that entire 4thQ just shows a mental drop off.

He was the only starter with a positive +/- this game.

And he played 40 mins...if only we could have squeezed another 8 out of him or matched the 44 like KD

His defense was not great last night whatsoever. He was getting caught behind screens which left the guys he was guarding Klay and Iggy with wide open looks. WTF were watching?

CP3 has clearly lost a step, anyone with eyes can see that

he had his worst season since his rookie year...last year he was a definite top 10 player...this year, not even close

many hoped he could flip a switch and elevate himself to a higher tier once the playoffs started, but that hasn’t been the case

it only gets worse from here

next season, I hope he is only slightly worse than he was this year and there’s not another big drop off

right now, CP3 is just a very good starter who can have the rare star level game...last year he was a bonafide star

Cp3 got caught trying to play help defender and the Warriors targeted his man being wide open. The communication wasn't good yesterday

He wasn’t terrible, but that contract is going to destroy this franchise pretty soon.
