If this is true it is disgusting how the media doesn't exploit it and turn Chris Paul into the biggest villain on earth! If a white player said this, he would be the second coming of lucifer himself. They would demonize and spit in his face and call him every name under the sun and the league would probably kick him out. But a black guy makes this comment. . . eh, whatever. So he made a racist statement against whites. Who cares, whites aren't anything. We all just kick them around and they take it. Hey everyone!! Let's go kick a white guy!! Yeah, that's not racist! Why was it stupid? There are no real consequences for him to face. He wanted traded, so he got traded. He wanted his coach fired, so his coach was fired. Now he wants a black coach and next he will have say over roster moves... So how was it stupid?
Dont know why he wants a black coach its not like the clippers are gonna ever win a championship anyways. Black coach or white coach clippers arent going anywhere anyways . That being said his comments were probably taken out of context.
It's CP's ploy all along making Sterling resign him to the max, hire a black coach and spend all the way into high luxury tax zone hoping for final glory in his waning years, and then flame out in the first round every year. When CP's second contract expires, he would say to Sterling, "I played you good, you racist!" Naw, I always thought Chris Paul is a scum when he disrepected Denver's owner at Melo's wedding party in NY by asking Melo to join him and play for the Knicks in Stan Kroenke's face when Kroenke went all the way to NY just to show Melo some love.
