We’ll that’s false. He’s still good. It’s more like getting hurt has been the issue. If I had the weapons GS had i definitely wouldn’t mind a cp3 at pg and there’s way more offensive weapons on that team compared to phx

Even when he played last year he was relatively ineffective especially in the playoffs. His drop off from when he went 14-14 vs pelicans to last year was steep. Any team would love to have him at like 10 million.

Keep in my I love Chris Paul. Think he could be the greatest PG to ever play in NBA history. Was ecstatic when Rockets got him, he's just had some really bad luck with injuries in the playoffs. But he was not good last postseason.

He's not going to play heavy minutes throughout the regular season. It's going to be one of those load management type of seasons with GSW and it could hurt them more than help. Warriors need more shooters and need players to zap minutes. West is tough.

His price doesn’t matter especially when the alternative is a Poole who clearly caused a ripple within the organization that’s been acknowledged and impacted the team

That would make sense. Also makes sense for the core too to manage them. That’s their issue to figure out

Yeah I think they 100% made the trade to get rid of Poole. Had nothing to do with wanting Chris Paul. He shot 42% last playoffs as a third option. Horrendous.

High risk, high reward for just one season. I'm leaning towards it not working due to injury history and not enough depth at this point. But when they are healthy, playing CP3 close to 30 min a game... could be one of the best teams in basketball for a short period of time.

I sure hope so, but I'm a little bit skeptical. Their two great shooters, world class, are going to feast on those dimes from Chris Paul. A lot depends on how healthy they can stay, and not just CP3. Clearly, they're hoping to outscore the opposition due to the weaknesses you point out. We'll have to wait and see. They'll be beating the bushes trying to upgrade that bench, and we won't be wishing them luck!

Should the Suns have just traded CP3 for Poole?

Would the Wizards have an Official Chris Paul Appreciation Thread or is that a Clutchfans only thing?

All the more reason to overpay on Draymond for 2 years $70m!

Green and VanFleet would be a great off season.

This is half basketball move, half salary move.
