This is like Frank Underwood deciding to wreak havoc on the entire country when all he originally wanted was to be Secretary of State. EotY voters will rue the day. All Morey wanted was that dumb trophy. Now, he's set his sights on the entire league.
This sounds about right to me. I met him before his rookie year in OKC with the Hornets. He was exceedingly friendly and respectful. I think he gets a bad rap because he's so damned competitive.
I'm gonna miss Beverly... ..but you gotta give to get!! Now if Rockets sign Hayward...trade away Andersen...we ready for the warriors!!
he realizes what it takes to beat the likes of the top 3 teams and that's mutiple guys who can play at a high level. not surprised
Ok, keep my fingers crossed. You know a CP3 trade was vetoed by the league office. This one looks as bad.
Really hope to be proven wrong, but...not hugely enamored by this trade. Paul is a top point guard, but his flopping, b****y personality...anyway, I've never liked him and will have some initial trouble rooting for him.
One of the best PGs in the damn game chose the Houston Rockets over the point guardless Spurs. I feel damn good today boys
LOL I read it the same way! "Rockets telling teams they have the needed pieces for Paul George trade. Heading to league office now for approval." What, Paul George?! Ha, went back & read it. Nope, Chris Paul. Ohhhh, OK.

He chose Harden of all things. That should deal such a death blow to the Harden-hate narratives about players not wanting to play with him, him being a cancer, etc.
