I shouldn't have liked this but in dark times, gallows humor helps. would only be improved if you had said basically ham-on-string-cheese

Rest Paul game 6, regardless it’s obviously best case scenario something that needs to be rested for a good 1-2 weeks. Play him game 7 if needed.

My hamstring doesn't feel good today either. I jumped out of my chair when Donkey fumbled the pass last night, pulled a hammy, crashed onto my table and stepped on my dogs foot. Don't worry though, I'm good to go for Game 6.

Then you jumped into a Honda FIT and were whisked away into the night.

The problem is we really don't have another guard with handles. I mean Gordon filling in for CP is not bad.

but what happens when Harden sits. We gonna roll out with Gordon, Tucker, Ariza, Capela, Green? I've seen that before and it's a shitshow

Lebron knows...thanks zeeshan for the link...Lebron spoke with him for sure. :)

Seems he will most likely miss game 6 and gut it out game 7. Lets go guys...Champs are on the ropes!!!

I just can't believe this. We have a legit chance at winning the championship and it all gets snatched away cause of injury luck. Unbelievable.

A Rockets source saying "not good" to me sounds like "definitely not ideal", which at best might still mean he might be able to play one or two games, but with some risks while being obviously not even close to 100%, at worst well, done for the season.

Gordon is kind of skitzo with the ball. In Game 3 he was a disaster with weird turnovers where he just forgot to put his hands on the ball as he turned around.

Chris Paul gets hurt almost every playoffs, at some point it stops being about luck.

If he can give them anything at all there is no chance he sits Game 7. He knows what's at stake here.

Agreed. Time to use some fresh legs and see if this sparks something. Like one of the fellow posters here said.

I'd start Green and bring EG off bench. But I think MDA feels better starting EG.

Being able to reach in your goodie bag to grab a Iso Joe, Green, Mbah, Ryno might work... or it could play into Kerr's hands as he try's to get West, etc. going.

But first let's see how severe this CP injury is. It could be a day to day thing or it could be a 2-4 week thing.

Warriors are going to make game 6 absolute hell for James. Kerr is fairly bold as a coach (easy when you have that roster), so you know he isn't going to sit back. I'd expect doubles and full court pressure on James defensively, and going after him with KD/Steph offensively.

He's already been hurt and had a lighter load this whole season. It wouldn't have been some miracle if he stayed healthy for what, 9 more games at most?

Funny I always thought it was a "blessing in disguise".... but f**k what I know!

CP will be fine, he and Harden have logged heavy minutes throughout these playoffs ON TOP of the regular season. Difference is Harden is still young so his body can still grind past these 40+ minute per game stretches.

    Get well soon CP3!!!

Game 6 is basically a punt at this point. We'll see how he feels for Game 7, but this is truly heartbreaking
