EG was a big reason the Rockets won so many games without CP3. He hit that game winner in Philly. He also dropped 20 in that home win over the Cavs when that team was playing really well to start the season. He's been up and down in the playoffs, but if he gets the start in place of CP3, he's gotta be aggressive and look for his offense the entire game.
probably the truth but it would be great if the source said bad news on purpose to have GS fall into the lure of him not playing or being really like 60% when maybe he is 90% But chances are it isn't good, but i am not putting it past the Rockets to do their own smoke screen with injuries
shouldn't be a surprise his hammy doesnt feel good. its not going to magically be fine in span of a few hours. the question is the severity
EG has to play well what Mbah a Moute and Green have to play well. Green has had moments where he has given us something on defense. We'll need that again. Mbah a Moute will need to make shots. We have depth. We only need to win ONE game. ONE game. If we can pull of ONE game, we can basically get CP3 two weeks of rest and bring him back for a game 3 against the East.
No good news is expected anyway...i don't think Chris was basically crying because of a random reason, he probably felt it was something bad.
It's time to prepare for Plan B. Who takes CP3's minutes? Do we give Mbah, Iso Joe more run? Do we go super small? Unleash Ryno? Just like with the Kawhi injury, Spurs stepped up and became locked in. Why can't we?
Yeah, I don't know what 'Not Good' means. Does it mean that he will have to play through pain and basically be a lesser player or does it mean he's not playing at all? Or does it mean that he will need some days off and so will miss game 6?
Good news was day to day. Slight strain. Basically was praying for that. Bad news is what we all thought. He’s done for the season. Months.
True. I would've been stunned if we saw a report that it felt ok. It should hurt like hell. Let's see what the MRI says.
