CP3 need to start doing some hot yoga. Since getting older, I started to stretch in the sauna for about 5-10min before I play ball in the gym and I honestly think it makes a huge difference for how loose I am compared to trying to stretch on the court and then just start playing. Could be trippin but I feel like i can tell a vast difference in how loose my muscles feel after stretching in the sauna before I play

I used to stretch a bunch pre-sports but what I have learned (and what modern sports science confirms) is that too much stretching before workouts is actually detrimental and can increase injury potential. What you wanna do is get your body warm. Get the heart rate up and the blood flowing which will loosen your muscles dramatically. The heat is probably what is getting you feeling ready not so much the stretching. A little range of motion stretching too but not static (holds) stretching.
Don't get all riled up yolo. We're in this for the long haul. The only thing that's going to save you from this is if Paul shows up in shape end of the month. Till then, we're talking about your dramatic denial of things you said. And you're changing the subject AGAIN. Focus. 1) The Harden comparison was stupid, if it doesn't apply to me. 2) Chris Paul came to camp out of shape, and that's clear because he actually came to camp in excellent shape last season.
