    Didn’t read every post, and if already stated, sorry. If CP3 is the leader it is because Harden lets it happen. In a traditional family is the mom or the dad the lead? Answer is they work as one with no visiable divides and that is what make a family. If a team is like a family then they work things out behind closed doors. CP3 delivers information and is more approachable but is that administrative or total team leadership? What if both went to ownership and asked for the other to be removed? We all know what would happen, because Harden’s is the true alpha. CP3 is the middle management leader that has a say but not completely authority.
